I'm back!! And Hopefully the Trance is back together too.
Never fear, you will always have the trusty old rigid hard tail to get you through those times of mechanical drama. I'm now back down from three to one as the NRS just spat another casette.
Looks like I am out for a bit, stuffed knee getting checked out on Friday.
Bugger. Let's hope it's just something simple.
Maybe it is just a ligament. Lots of rain is expected later in the afternoon.

Yes it is just tight ligaments. Have a stretching program to do and it is a lot better. Best thing is it doesn't bother me riding.
