Turn anything into a speaker? How about your helmet?

Now I'm not one for having earphones in when riding - I like to have all my senses available when riding, but... I saw this and thought it might make a nice alternative to add some background music to your ride by sticking it to your helmet. Could be something in it?

Hi mate,
I happen to have something that works on the same idea. It's called Might Dwarf (http://mightydwarf.com/). Mine is bigger, doesn't stick to anything (you put it on whatever you wish to serve as a speaker) and it's heavier. Geee.. remember in which context it's said, yes?!![Smiling Smiling](https://nobmob.com/sites/all/modules/smileys/packs/Example/smile.png)
Anyway, the speaker effect is done by using vibration. The vibrations are transformed into sound waves when they spread on the "speaker". Imagine yourself riding with something like a vibrat.. no, a shaver vibrating on your head... Probably a bit annoying..![Smiling Smiling](https://nobmob.com/sites/all/modules/smileys/packs/Example/smile.png)
I also wonder for how long it can stick when it isn't on a horizontal surface. After all it vibrates all the time..
And talking about music - I'm like you, I don't like isolating myself from the surrounding. Also, I usually ride with friends, so no use for earphones. What I found is this:

I think this should be loud enough to play the announcements from Cyclemeter iPhone app + music.
I already have it, but alas! Got it a few days after I broke my hand, so still didn't check it.. Hopefully in 2-3 weeks I'll be back in the game and then we'll see whether these were well spent $7.52 (inc shipping!)...
Wow! Ended up longer than I planned! (+ typed it single handed!)
