Hi all, I need an easy flat- ish ride around Hornsby

I have done a bit of riding in the past but I am trying to get my teenage son interested and we are finding some of the big hill rides a little gut busting... I figure if we do some fun but flat -ish rides to build up we might be more likely to stick at it.

I recommend Bobbin Head fire trail.

Park Bobbin Head Road at North Turramurra (not the Mount Kurringai End), enter National Parks gate, see fire trail starting almost directly ahead. Follow main fire trail till it starts to point down hill, turn around and come back. Check out side trails to power-lines too if interested

I rode a fair bit of it this morning with 2 x 3.5 year olds. It's that flat.

Also for kids:
-Reddy Park Hornsby
-Hopeville Park Hornsby Heights
-Stringy Bark Ridge

Each of those has pretty flat trails. Feel free to contact me if you want more details.
