Tech help
I have been using Garmin connect for over a year and during the last 2 months I have noticed that the search button is missing from the explore page, normally the search button is next to the “keywords” and “start near” boxes.
Has anyone else had this issue and if so do you know how to fix?
I have contacted Garmin twice and no reply.

This doesn't exactly answer your question but can I suggest Strava? I am a reasonably recent convert and now have no need to use Garmin Connect at all.
Go to the Explore page and there is a 'search' button there.
I just used the search feature and it worked fine.
Seriously though; what browser and version are you using? Did you upgrade it or install any updates to it in the two months back?
Guys, thanks all for the suggestions.
DaveH-I have looked at Strava but as I use the mapping from Garmin for planned mapped rides etc Strava will not suit but thanks for the suggestion.
SpokeyDokey- Have been using the search feature for some time now it’s not where it used to be on the explore page.
AdrianG-Running IE9 I have tried uninstalling the updates around the time that it stopped working correctly, did some research after posting and have found that many other people are having the same issue, if I run using compatibility it works ok if you use a location name not the current map view but better then nothing.
Have had the same issues with new IE,
I have now switched to google chrome for these tyoe of pages and all is working fine, go the chrome and its works. Same issues with editing my webpage on wordpress and works great on chrome bloody windows lol.
Hope this helps.
Chris
