I'm sure he would be enjoying the Vacuum but that is very dangerous.
If the truck stops suddenly he would run up the back of it and most likely come off the bike which would not be fun at that speed. If the car behind is to close they would not be able to stop in time and most likely run over the downed cyclist. Maybe this bloke is a contender in the 2012 Darwin Awards.
Drafting like that is pretty stupid unless it's been organised. The truck isn't going to be stopping overly quickly but still a laps of concentration at the wrong time and whammo!
Charles "Mile a Minute" Murphy did a mile in 1 minute in the late 1800s by drafting a box car trail on his bicycle.
I've pulled over 90kph on my xc bike a couple of times but that was just balls out down a big hill.
I like to draft (on m 29er) the busses along the spit and then sling shot up Parrawi. Made all the more interesting by the new road lanes and subsequent increased traffic out of the car park.
Key for me is to concentrate on a letter on the back (any change in size and break – work out if it is getting larger or smaller after reacting) and listen to the buss engine. They back off the accelerator before they break (momentum is their game as well). So far so good!

I once got a good draft off a bus (L90) from Spit Jct all the way down to the top of The Spit. Got sucked along the middle lane at around 65-70ish. The looks on the drivers faces in the other lanes was priceless. That was my fastest ride home ever. Made Ultimo to Manly Vale in about 32mins. I've never got anywhere as close to that since.

And who says slipstreaming dosen't work!! Very impressive despite the fact the truck would have no idea he is there.

Wow, that's the fastest I have heard of on a MTB bike, seriously impressive!
At 66kmh on a rough gravel road a long time ago.
It felt like 150mph!
.... he was riding a woolendale...
Saw a few guys drafting a garbage truck along the main drag at Brighton Le Sands a few years back.
Garbage truck stopped (as garbage trucks tend to do) . The cyclists didn't.
2 or 3 of them went down in a heap.
Was the compactor going at the back?

I once drafted a kangaroo along the Kessel run. It worked well, every bound the 'roo made lined up perfectly with a log roll.
Shame I forgot to start the tracker on my phone
