Andele Andele-get here as soon as possible.
I know it's not good news for many but so looking forward to a dry spell where I can really get back into mountain biking. My technique is not what it used to be, I've gone from going around the dam many times a week to just a few times a year, and I've discovered the joys of lycra and road biking.
And I could even be tempted to try the Husky again next year if I knew my bike wouldn't need a full strip down and rebuild each time.
So bring it on!!
Several months ago I asked the lbs why they don't stock the high end duallies any more, and they said the sales are down and they said there is more interest in road bikes these days.
How much of the sales decline was 2 years of crap weather? It has almost converted me to a roadie.
I have been doing so many kms on the exercise bike at the gym, I am considering setting one in the living room.
Yep, you're probably right. It really has been about that long. Bloody hell. Thank God we don't live in England
Have to admit I've been keeping an eye out for a nice retro steel Italian roadie frame to build up, or maybe a Van Nicholas frame in Ti if I can get a CX one with discs.
Every time some dick close-passes me with the horn going it takes the gloss of that idea though.
Listen to all this talk - you all deserve a road biking future. SHAME ON YOU!!!!! I love the grit, the leeches, the trebling in my bike componentry budget. If there wasn't these things then it would be road biking under trees. Lets trim them back too!
wreck some singletrack?
Long range weather forecast for Sydney:

Then of course, there's the bushfire danger issue, with the State likely to be the proverbial tinderbox as its dries out after all the lush growth during La Nina.
We'll all be rooned, said Hanrahan*..........
