Nooooooo my beautiful bike already damaged after 3 months. I think i'm going to cry like an Aussie swimmer. I only noticed when i was cleaning my bike after a ride today that i have scratched my Fox Shock. Options? ? Use some nail polish, super glue, or hard set resin to fill in the slight scratch and then gently sand it back ? Send it off to be repaired properly? or ?????? i don't know.... The fork is a Fox Float RLC FIT...

Yeah sand off any sharp edges with very fine sand paper then fill the scratch with nail polish and sand back again. otherwise you'll tear the crap out of you seals

Use a very fine grade of wet n dry. As fine as you can possibly get.
will do it
Rubbed down the area with some 2000 wet + dry, which cleaned up the area nicely getting rid of all the dirt. Cleaned the area with some isopropyl alcohol and then dabbed on some 'Hard as Nails, Nylon + Retinol Strengthener'. Will let that cure for a good 24hrs and then see if it fills in the gaps ok. If not, i've got some JB Weld at home so i might try that but it sets hard as, and will take a bit more effort to rub down. Wish me luck..
I've filled some big gouges on my DH forks in the past with nail polish. Never had an issue afterwards and if you pick the right colour its not overly noticeable either.
C) man up and just ride. they dont look like serious gouges that interfere with the fork's functionality.
Doesn't take a big bur in the groves to tear a seal to shreds. For the sake of an afternoons woe making sure its all smooth, I'd go that way.
