00:37:20 3rd time out on my new GT carbon Force and beat my best time by over 2.5mins. Nice..and my lungs weren't coming out of my eyes when I finished either. Reckon theres a bit more to come now.

as i mentioned yesterday, "i" managed to absolutely smash out a 48min lap!
