Well done - that is impressive as a night ride

Indeed... and it's an effective way to beat that blasted butcher bird!

Are there many people out at night? Just got my ay ups for the scott 24hr and want to get some night riding in before canberra.

MD is great practice for the Scott 24 at night. If you can handle MD at night. You'll handle the Scott very easily at night.

errrr...sorry just gettig my post count up. D...D...Double post.

edit...ohhh yea. there used to be quite a few at night......you might see a few every 30 min or so. especially at the moment where the track is in great shape & no butcher bird to content with.

awesome time there.I recon you'd do a sub 30 easy during an early morning session.

Do 6 laps of the Dam for the half Fling - voila training done.
I thought I was in shape but recently coming back to the Dam I cannot crack 34 at the mo....it's a great eye opener to fitness.
I always start from w/hurst and I think its great interval training with lots of accelerations and uphill.

gawd each to thier own.....but 6 laps of The Dam I go mad after just 3.......I need some kinds of change of scenery. I usually include cascades & terry hills to get over 50 k's
