Thought I'd try something different this week. And need the fitness training anyway.
Starting from St Ives.
I was thinking of doing the Cascades track to Davidson. Back down and up Heath track to Belrose. Lap of two of the single track. Back down Heath and up Quarry trail. If people are super keen (or love pain) we can then go back down Quarry and up Cascades again to the car.
If the mob want to do something cruisy then feel free to post another Terrey Hills ride

Buck I'm a possible and will let you know tomorrow.
I'm throwing this in in case you don't know it exists, but when I ride Cascades I usually ride the sniggle that runs parallel to Mona Vale road coming off the Showground. It's a coupe of k's long and at the end you can either do it in reverse or ride another fire trail back to the Showground - anyway just something different and a trail not used by many.
If you can come Paul I'd be happy to check out the single track across the road. Always up for something new.
