Not racing this on Sunday unfortunately, but was planning on riding Wingello on the Saturday to get some Ks in the legs before capital punishment next weekend.. Do the race organisers mind non-racers riding the track in the allotted practice time on Saturday?
Contact the race organizers. I personally couldn't see an issue with the Saturday. It also depends on how they book the forest. I know with the Fling when that is being run the State Forest is actually closed entirely so technically you can't even be there riding trails that aren't being used for the race.
Yeah, I was planning on just riding the race loop (essentially the red loop with a few tweaks). They have a designated time on the saturday for practising the track so I doubt i'd be the only one out there..
