Been increasing my weekly mileage this year by commuting to work.
Looks like it works Smiling
Track was in excellent condition too which help, good grip.

Thanks Craig , I only did 2 laps.

I'll be on 2 weeks holidays starting next week with no access to a bike. What's the best way to retain my endurance ?

If you're on holiday, work on your drinking endurance. First few days take it easy and start around 4pm and slowly build up till you can have your first beer around 11am. You will probably have to work on your wife's tolerance at the same time. Eye-wink
