WHAT has been seen cannot be unseen...
sorry, not a fan of whatever that was - thou I dont put any videos up so cant critisize too much...
There are a few nice little touches in there. I like the shot looking up to the rider with the sun behind him and the sped up laps of the skate park.
A little too much slow-mo at the beginning, but after a while you edited a good mix of different sections therefore keeping it varied.
I think most videos look better when the camera is stationary (or with a slight pan). POV only really looks good when the trail is fast or has some big stunts. Below is a video just featured on PinkBike. Whereas its not earth shattering it shows how a few basic processes can make a film enjoyable to watch.

I think that Red Hill has got plenty of areas where with a little planning, some great footage could be created. I've thought about doing some self filmed videos but they would certainly be pretty laborious. That said, Andrew Whiteford has done some goodies eg:

I thought it was pretty good for a XC vid
I would just suggest repositioning the camera to avoid the cables and top tube spoiling the footage
And fire trail can be a bit dull on film
The pace of the leading riders was good and the red hill footage reminded me of when I lived in Sydney
I love all that sandstone
Your editing skills seem good
All up, keep the action going, bit less mucking around with mates, can the fire trail, and keep the on board camera focus on the trail and rider in front

Great video supported by the greatest song ever written IMO
I thought it was good. I dig the shots where the camera is stationary and you ride past combined with riding shots. There were two things that let it down, the length - try to keep it to 3 - 4 mins. And the cables. I think the cables in the picture really wrecked it. Apart from that, IMHO it's one of the better ones posted. I will "borrow" your stationary camera idea - that worked really well.
