Wanted: Crapppy Old Bike
I am looking for a crappy old bike for a mate who is not in a great financial position at present. His son is now 6 and is riding and he just needs something he can ride around on with his boy, so size and fit of the bike are irrelevant. If anyone has a dusty, rusty bike that they are happy to clear out, then please let me know. Women’s bikes would not be an issue either…anything that pedals.

I was with him on the weekend and his 6 year old (who is very sporty) was riding his bike at the bike park and was not very steady. I commented on the fact and my mate said that they can't afford a bike for dad at the moment and that without one it is pretty hard to do any decent riding or skills building with his son, so I thought it would make a nice surprise if I could get him one. I will happily fit new brake pads etc before giving t to him.
Looking for roadie or mtb? The one I have in mind is a roadie.

He would be grateful for anything. That said he is a sporty guy and a bike that he could actually ride at more than his 6 year olds pace would be fantastic.
