Bit of hill training after all these weeks of inactivity. It will be a relatively leisurely pace. I'm still all sore from all the stacks I had at Manly and then Menai on the weekend!

Note I'll be starting from the St Ives side.

Hey Greg

Tempting to start at the pub but it's such a round trip for me to get round the belrose.

I usually ride up Cascades Track to Davidson before coming back down and up Heath Track to Belrose. I'm sure we'll meet down the bottom somewhere. Or just give me a call and I can tell you which hill we're struggling up and we can meet up somewhere.
