Very nicely built jump,looks like a very smooth take off and landing,although much of that is the riders ability im guessing.that been said i wouldnt do it for money!waaayy to big for me.
War Pigs by Black Sabbeth.. Old school, I know but it just suited the riding.
And Pumping a jump, yeah Blacko is a master at the preload boost. With the Car parked longways all you could see from the roll in and take off was the bonnet sticking up, you couldn't see the lander at all. As Blacko rolled in I thought he was going way too slow and was going to brake and pull out. But a big preload and up he went and cleared it easy.
Here is a couple of Si's photos from the day:

bikemad;
those pics have been shot with a very wide-angle lens, or "fisheye" lens. it give this cool effect of the object appearing further away on the extremities of the shot. in other words the riders are not jumping in a curve, is purely optics. the camera would have been stationary during the shot and a number of the photos taken, then layed out as a sequence in photoshop. fairly easy to do (the sequencing) but it always looks better with quality shots, like these (apart from the levels which seem to be a little dull - unless its my monitor?).

I wish I could do that. Next life maybe, if I'm good in this life. Oh well, the life after that maybe. I dunno. Bloody good anyway.
Only messing, nice to watch some good technique there, you can pick up a bit on pumping a jump at the right time from that.
What's the tune in the background?
Ta,
Matt.

how did you get the perspective,ie,coming towards you then landing away from you.is it all 1 sequence?
