I am planning to do the Pinch Ride at the end of this month and would appreciate any hard worn info you could provide about the possibilty of exiting by the Native Dog Trail and pick up arrangements from the Barry Way................JONZZ

What's this Native Dog Trail?
From what I heard think the only other option would be to ride Tin Mile Trail (it's marked on the topo) which heads off Cascade Trail further North. Looks like it's got a killer climb out but I've heard it's a good ride.
On getting out... you wouldn't want to ride up Barry Way from the Pinch River, the drive was bad enough. Luckily a mate's dad collected us that day, but I'm sure if you ask around some of the cycle stores down there (RawNRG, etc) they would be able to hook you up with someone to ferry you out. Or you could leave a car, but this might be a bit risky (it's in the middle of no-where) and then you have to drive back up twice and down once.
