Manly Dam - Friday - NOW CASCADES

Due to weather I am going to stay off the Dam and head to Cascades for some hill training. Showers will probably persist through the day but I am going anyway.

Start point will be end of Ralston Ave (crn Elm).

Will certainly do a gate to gate run.

2 laps of the gate to gate basically which will extend ride out to about 2.5 hours if I am as fit as I think I am.

Changed time to AM as a space was cleared on the calendar.

Manly Dam fast 2 lap ride before church.
I know its good Friday and all but planning to get a ride in before family and other commitments.

Weather not looking good for the dam. Check or SMS me in the morning.
**If the weather is bad and the dam is closed this ride will be as Cascades and will feature the gate to gate blast to finish. If at Cascades start point will be at Belrose (Wyatt Av)
