New Caledonia Mountainbiker on a road bike ??

Hi guys,

I'm generally just a mountainbiker using the road racing as training.
But recently I have been asked to represent NSW (institute sport) in
going to New Caledonia for a 6 Day Road Tour.

Just wondering any of you guys got any tips for a roady?
Or any comments?

Sounds like a great free holiday in paradise opportunity to represent your state! Eye-wink

So what if you've got to wear lycra and show these roadies how it's done between sipping cocktails (non-alcoholic in your case of course!) and admiring the views?

Apparently there is big money prize not sure to how much it is though.

But yeh 2 weeks over there and olny 6 days racing Sticking out tongue

Nice one Alex. I reckon you'll get a lot better tips from the NSWIS guys than us slow old farts. What's your road bike?

I'm riding a Giant Aliance Comp at the moment
