Note that this ride is Cancelled.
When:
Wednesday, 9 April, 2008 - 19:30
Duration:
2 hours
Come Rain or Shine:
If it has rained on this trail today, I won't be there.
Ride Database Entry:
Manly Dam
Meeting Point:

King Street (near corner with Arana Street), Manly Vale. You know - outside Manly Hydraulics Lab.

-33.781501, 151.258115 (Manly Hydraulics Lab)
Details:

CANCELLED. The track would be to wet regardless if it clears up this afternoon.

This ride is not really for the beginner as Banty Bay is technical enough in daylight let alone night.
Good lights and burn time required also.

I probably have 1:45 burn time so may have to hug the Ay-Up equipped riders for the final leg home. (Oh The Love)

FINALLY: All to bring a beer or two for a social chat after the ride. (Compulsory)

Who's in?
pikey, christine, Buck, steveb

I know this will peev Christine off but the weather is really not looking good at the moment. After this rain you may well get eaten alive by that bog going down to the creek! Smiling

It's been raining in Brookie everyday this week, although not consistently, there have been a few big dumps with light drizzle in between.

Save the track, go for a road ride... Eye-wink

So Greg....whats the plan? Cancel it totally or change track?

I just spoke to Pikey and he told me to cancel it. He can't get access to a PC at the moment so that's why I'm putting this up. It'll be much to wet to ride Manly after the last 3 days of rain.

If not raining I wouldn't mind spinning the legs somewhere and I guess not too wet either - same as last week would work if any others are keen

I'm glad Lorrie canceled yesterday... from 7pm onwards the tap just wouldn't turn off...

Can't make tonight unfortunately :|

Duck Centre could be your best bet with all this rain... without the sniggle start too Smiling

I'm happy to try Duck/Centre tracks.

It's the best bet in this weather really.

I know posted to say I would be riding but I figured it would be called off and didn't charge my lights.
