NORCO Sight 2014 7.1 Carbon with modifications see below... thanks!!!
Stolen this am 22.12.15 suspect professional as extremely quickly from locked car parked for moments while other goods loaded (via smashed window and run). This is a 2014 carbon Sight 7.1 27.5, with a few modifications to distinguish it. There are a few of these kicking around, but this one looks a lot burlier with 35mm blank carbon rims on hope hubs, see pic.

Carbon Light Bicycle Rims on Hope hubs (standard build is narrow alloy Sunringles on DTSwiss hubs)
carbon hangers (easton haven)
xtr pedals
50mm easton stem
otherwise build is pretty standard
revelation fork
norco saddle (small tear in fabric on LH side)
reverb dropper post
Sram 1x11, X01 cranks/cluster/chainring; X0 derailieur
needless to say I'm pretty saddened by this, so just putting it out there - if anyone has any info or leads or advice I'd be stoked to hear from you

I had my bike stolen the week before yours, also in Glebe. This is the second time in the last 2.5 years but mine was stolen from my garage both times. Mine were both Giant anthems so not as highly specced as your bike but there does seem to be a sense that the high end bikes are being targeted as there are plenty of other bikes in the area that are easier to steal. I wonder where they are being sold. I have been checking out gumtree, bikeexchange and ebay incase they turn up there. No joy so far.
Thankfully my contents insurance has paid out on both occasions, thanks Allianz. Having been stolen from your car and the replacement cost being pretty high, it may depend on your policy or insurer but having the bike specified under personal effects for a particular value may be necessary.
