what type of bike do you have size etc?
Not grover. Did you tell him about the near new XTC on Ebay? It's his size and in his price range.
John.
yes i did would that price be good do you rekon??
Great price .....great bike....
sorry but we are actually looking for a hardtail,... can you help there?
I have a Giant XTC from the UK. Bought in 2005 it has full XTR kit and Mavic Crossmax tubeless wheels and Maxxis Crossmark tubeless tyres with Stan's sealant (2 weeks old). The bike has XTR V-brakes but does have disc mounts. Think the size is 17 inch so would probably fit someone up to about 5 foot 7 depending on whether they like to ride a smaller frame etc.
I am also looking at selling my Giant Trance Advanced 2007 (carbon)which was purchased in November last year. The bike is in great condition and was just serviced prior to Dirtworks and they replaced the chain, cassette, and granny and middle chainring as well as the breakpads, so it is all ship shape.
what price range are you looking for??
what condition is it in
The bike is in UNBELIEVEABLE condition. It has been ridden off-road for a total of about 50km. I was living in London and used to use it to commute to work most days (except in mid-winter clearly). We came to Sydney last year and I continue using it as a commuting bike and riding the Trance offroad. A few weeks ago, I decided to put on some Crossmarks and try it offroad, which we did at Terrey Hills last Saturday (Long and Perimeter).
The weight of the bike is around 9kg per my bathroom scale, so it is VERY LIGHT (but clearly not the most accurate scale).
Live in Wollstonecraft (very near the Waverton train station) if you are interested in coming past.
Now thinking of selling one or both bikes and maybe buying a Scott Spark. Wife thinks I am nuts. May be correct.
Not too sure on price yet. Come and see/ride it and have a look at the condition and weight.
Please give me a call on 0400368167 if you want to arrange or want further info (slow typist)
