Hi guys , going to be spending a number of days in the blue mountains area , what are the best trails in the area that offer great views and tough riding , cheers

Hard to top Narrow Neck at Katoomba for views. Just an out and back fire trails with a few pinches though.
Riding from Wentworth Falls via Kings Tableland Rd, Andersons Fire Trail, Woodford then the Woodford to Glenbrook Fire Trail plus sniggle at the end, with maybe a layoff Knapsack Reserve is a perennial favourite as well.
Up at Mt Victoria, the ride down Lockyers Track and then back up Lawson's Long Gully is a good scenic loop with some techy stuff on the way down. Down and up Berghoffers is a nice adjunct.
There's also a bit of secret sniggle about. The guys at the Middle and Upper Mountains Singletrack (MUMS) FB page may be able to show you some stuff.
