Hosting expired?

Has Bright Orange's hosting expired as their site now points to ApexHost?

its been down for a few days, hasnt paid his renewal fee maybe??

With or without brightorangeevents the race will go on, as will the State round next weekend, things will be clearer as the week goes on.
