Terry Hill - West Head There and Back Again While we were down at the Towlers Bay section of this ride I commented, "Remember when we used to ride Towlers Bay on it's own, 'cos the ride out was so tough? And now it's just an insignificant bump tacked on to make up some kays".

Yes indeed things have changed. The roid boy pack is growing. So when will social rides be back on the calendar?

Social rides are on, night rides from the pub labelled social rides, now if we can just get some of the newbies to understand what a social ride is we might drop the pace below 20km/hr

Rob you are dead right about how the rides are getting longer, but the ride out of Towlers is still quite a handful on a hot day, even after a swim
