Apparently my 'training' for the angry doctor is lacking.. but i see Adrian is on this ride - how fast are you planning on going? I may have to work so am iffy...
is this a roid boy ride?!!!
I'll be slowing the ride down a bit, along way for me to go before becoming a roid boy
well, i will be there - have to get some pretend preparation organised for this competition...and since i don't have touch until the next season starts i have o excuse!

Although my bike is in for service and also some repairs after a crash this weekend
. Will have it back for Thursday's ride at Manly Dam. Just to get training in, will come along on the good old hardtail tomorrow.
