00:37:15 6am Thurs from the top gate - 16m to the Hydro - Good battle with a Cannondale ( bikes are well behaved until they see another one! - Just like dogs) Lots of cramps along the golf course but managed to drop a few mins off my time - happy with that

Well have tried since Dec to get a better time but can't and was 27th fastest now 40th. So the times are getting faster and faster - still not bad time for a 40yr + rider having a mid life crisis!
