00:33:11 Stupidly attempted this at midday (26 degrees), so started to over heat pretty much right away. I know I have easily another minute in me
though so will be back to try again when it cools down.
It's true what they have been saying though, the lap is much faster than it used to be.

I think I'll need to get a bit faster first
That said I do want to have another go when it's a little cooler.. perhaps an evening ride?
