V For Victory

Here is some up date..

After a horrible night in the rain ...we got up to a clearing sky.

The track was was damp with a few puddles, this makes for a very different track to the Scott24. Well Vanina was in the first group of races for the morning. After bit of a rushed start with been very disorganised (rider that is) they were off and racing. Vet woman which Vanina was racing did 3 laps of a 7.5km ish course. V Finished In FIRST place over a minute clear of second.

NoBMoB now has an Australian Champ as part of the Group!!!! YEAH!!!!

Both Alex and myself will race at 8.30am tomorrow. We will update once we finish tomorrow.

The racing is bloody good to watch. Looking forward to the 4X tonight.

Over and out!

Thanks guys Smiling
it was really hot out there and hard
the track was really sharp and rocks were poking out more because of the hard rain
I crashed and now I have a rather large graze on my left knee ...
Gav finished 14th (expert man) and Alex 15th (I think but not 100% sure in U19 men )
Gav was pushing but not too hard as he wanted to ride as much as he can on his bike (many people crashed on the world cup course!!!)
he finished the race "fresh" which is good
Alex looked strong all the way through and I think he could have done better if its seat post was not so low....oh boys...and Drink Mr Alex ....!!! Big Dog is right!!
their Category was supa competitive so I reckon they have done a really really good job !!!
Thanks again for your congratulation Smiling
