Test Icicles is ready to go, Thanks Hans.
Bernd
I'm going to aim to get to this one.
Hans as you mentioned the Long trail is closed which cuts 8k off the ride.
FWIW here is a suggestion - ride to the very end of the Perimeter Trail onto Booralie Rd at Duffy's Forest, then through the sniggle to Sandy Trail then back to the Tavern via the various fire trails. I never done it but I can't remember many hills.
but is this a social ride? i want to just have fun and cruise about... oh! and eat and have beer...
In bloody Melbourne all week. mutter mutter mutter. Would have enjoyed a beer or three as part of my scientifimacally planned tapering.
mutter mutter mutter.
Have fun.
forgot about a dinner i have to go to and Paul.. you are very wicked, there ARE hills on your planned trip - mind you with this rain Sandy Trail will be yukky as...
MEEE
??
Bernd
Terrey Hills had 57mm in 2 hours last night - that's over 2 inches in the old money.
there are still 3 (4) "Super MTB biker's" on for the ride, or on for the Pub!!!
Bernd
Pikey's dream ride! No bikes ...straight to the pub
straight to the pub but I propose the Belrose Hotel, just opened last week and I popped in for a look and I think every bit as nice as the Tav but closer.
Harry, can you check out if the Belrose Hotel allows patrons park in the carpark if they want to ride first before drinking and eating.
The Belrose Hotel is central, it can be used as a starting point for Cascades and Oxford Falls, even Terrey Hills and Manly Dam if a little scumming is not an issue.
it's a good point to start many rides from. I've sent a mail, let's see what we get back.
