Solo24hr Results
Just spoke to Dylan and although everyone is fried looks like all the riders put in an Epic effort and there are podiums all over the place!
Official results not out yet, but he says category results for the mob are:
Damien 7th SS. John 2nd. Critty 3rd. Vanina 3rd overall - 1st in cat! Gary 4th.
That's from his twitter, so sorry for anyone missed (140 char limit).
There was laughter in the background just now as I spoke to him - clearly they are all mad!

Guys and Gal
Fantastic results and well done.
Gazza first timer - I hope you didn't suffer too much - that rain must have been mental anguish on Sturday night.
V well done (again) John - 2nd is great, Damien SS Superstar, also Critty, Dreggs and any others just to compete and finish is an achievement.
Impressive results by all indeed.
But what about the Gazzinator
They have rebuilt him into a XC machine
And runs on beer and wine
Special well done, mate
I've gotta get me a bike for scumming duties
You guys are unreal.
I know how I feel after I spend 9 hours doing a 100km event, I don't know where you guys find the motivation???
We are proud of you all and you efforts no matter where you finished.
Gazza, since you probably have planed to have tomorrow off could you come over to my house tomorrow at 7:00am to help me work on my extention?
Good work
Pikey

by the NobMobers - bravo!
Looking at the results, I am stunned to see that none of the women pulled the plug whilst 16 men did - are women tougher than men?
Jason English finished 2 mins ahead of the #2 - did it come down to who did the quickest calls of the nature and stopped the least for food? Sorry I'm just curious how it works for pros!
Tom
Well done to all you mad folk that firstly entered (especially the 24hr virgin riders) and then managed to knock out those impressive lap counts!
Category and overall podiums - fantastic!
About the only nobmobber that failed to podium was beany. Time to get some more training in mate!
But what a funny little man, I'm so glad we finally got to meet you. You were the life of the party and I wish you better luck next year in the race.
I also hope your Humber 80 made it back to Sydney.
John.
Well done to everyone who entered and big congrats to those on the podium.
Dylan, the snake was awesome. It got me smiling each time I passed it. So who's in for next year?
to buy a 5 year pass to this race.
John.
of all nobmobbers and their support crew at the end of the race- only Damien and John and lucky for them their supporters said they would return!
The rest said NO and the support crew were unanimous with a big NOooo at supporting - it was hard work and Louise truly deserves a medal for that - and retaining her sanity!
Supergav seriously lived up to his name what with endless energy and bike lube and poor Jay walked so many extra k's washing bikes all night long!
I have to say, Critty and Damien retained their senses of humour and smiles through the entire race and not one of the riders was grumpy which seriously put an end to our 'who has the worst rider to look after' competition - i was quite confident of winning that but George was so easy...not a grumble!
Wow! Good for you mate! Not only did you crank out the laps, you did it with style...
So is the old Gaz returning to racing form ay?
was great to finally put a face to a lot of the characters at the 24hr ...was great that we were only one tent over at transition
yep, ladytoast, supergav and others certainly kept rolling on...I was tired just watching you guys
needless to say, awesome riding in torrid conditions at times. particularly true when a lot of folk shutup shop when the rain started...especially a lot of the 'big guns'... you know who you are
christine...well, she had the support thing all sussed out, delegating as appropriate, ensuring apppropriate levels of cleanliness (very un-mtb, I might add), etc....
great weekend was had by all ...still catching up on sleep etc.
