Mitchell and I went to the 12hr yesterday, fearing the the rain was going to be as horrible as last year, but despite some light rain in the morning the day cleared up and the slippery track soon became tacky, Mitchell was in a team of four and they won the schools category with 18 10.5km laps. The racing was close with 9 teams in their category, fortunately slick transitions, consistant quick laps and no mechanicals got them to the line 1st. |
