Open rides in the Southern Highlands???

Hi,
Does anyone know which MTB trails are open in the Southern Highlands? Especially around Bundanoon and Wingello. I assume some might still be affected by the bushfires.
Any trail status updates would be appreciated.
Thanks.

Wingello MTB trails

Hey everyone. Looking at riding the trails down at Wingello with a group of kids (10-16 year olds). Some novice, some quite experienced. Have never ridden them myself. Any comments on particularly the yellow and red trails? Degree of difficulty, time taken to ride each (assume novice here), elevation gained (and lost!) on each one...Want to try and make it a memorable experience for them and encourage them to get out and ride more often. Some have ridden Oakes and other trails in blue mountains and some are regulars at Hornsby MTB trail.
Any comments greatfully received. Cheers.
David

Highland fling ride alternatives

Hi all,
I will be accompanying a friend who in turn is accompanying a friend who is racing at the Fling. I was hoping to be able to ride while we wait for the racing friend to finish, but looking at the course map and not being to familiar with the area I'm not sure if this is possible.
Does anyone know if this is practical? My other option was driving back towards Welby and spending the morning riding the trails there.

Suggestions to alternative riding in the area is much appreciated.

Heading down to Wingello for the weekend in preparation for a couple of upcoming rides. Going to make a weekend out of and bring the tent for a spot of camping.

Planning on riding both days, the pace won't be super-fast.

Feel free to come along for either or both days.
Riding on Day 2 will start a little earlier. (Probably 8am'ish)

I will also be bringing my GF as she is keen to ride some of the other trails around the place, so consider this a WAG friendly weekend of riding out of the city.

Need a lift to the 3 Ring Circus ride?

Hi

Does anyone need a lift to 3 Ring Circus event? I'm driving down Saturday morning and looking for some company. Plan is to leave Balgowlah at 6am, arriving around 8am. If you're keen and live on the Northern Beaches let me know and we can work out logistics. Sharing petrol cost would be good.

Cheers

Paul
