Jul/Aug Wingello Working Bees
With Fling entries open and people signing up all over the place think it's an apt time to mention a couple of working bee weekends in July/August down at Wingello.
The two dates planned as of now are:
Saturday 19 July
Saturday 23 August
If you want to help building on some top trails in the forest contact Huw, details here:
Oxford Falls trailhead cleanup + ride
Meet and greet at the trailhead
Bring some gloves , garbage bags and your bike if you are riding after, should not take long to clean up the trailhead and not only will you appreciate it next time your up there but the local residence should be happy with a cleaner area and maybe think better of our tribe.
Then up to you if you ride XC loop or do some shuttle runs or the DH course I will be working that afternoon so depending on the time spent on cleanup will allow.

Planned land development at Morgan Road ?!?
Hi folks,
I might have been living under a rock to have missed this info, but was anyone else aware of the pending land development planned for much of the land surrounding Morgan Road?
The development of 432 housing lots is known as "Lizard Rock", and is being performed by Laing O'Rourke on behalf of the land owners (Aboriginal Land Council).
Here's the web site
