Spending saturday morning riding around the Dam.
Haven't been riding the past few weekends due to the weather so I am planing on doing a couple of laps. Feel free to join me for one or both.
Not taking it seriously and am just keen to get out, get some exercise and turn a few laps.
AMBC Trail Bunnies - Novice Chix XC Clinic

Who is this course for?
~ Do you have some confidence on easier trails but not confident on more technical and difficult sections?
~ Do you want to try mountain biking but have no one to ride with, or to teach you how to get started?
~ Do you want to improve technique and improve confidence?
The course
AMBC Learning to Fly - Introductory DH Clinic
Morgan Road, Belrose. At the second 90 degree right hand bend in the road. There's an area just before you can park and a firetrail heading off to the left.
Who is this course for?
~ Are you an experienced rider who has tried downhilling & wants to get into something more radical?
~ Do the downhill sections of your favourite trail get your adrenaline pumping?
~ Are you interested in developing more DH and freeride skills?
~ Do you want to ride with other MTB riders at your skill level?
~ Do you want to start going faster downhills and over those drops?
~ This is your first step to ride like Nathan Rennie.

Social night ride - Perimeter & Long Trail
Come along and tell & hear the tales of MOGO! Your legs should have recovered by now...and craving for more!
Naturally we'll have a cleansing ale at the Tavern afterwards.

Sydney Spring Fat Tyre Festival
North End of Red Hill Rd, Ourimbah State Forest. There's a large-ish parking area here, just off the main sealed road. There is also a smaller parking area a little further (400m or so from the road) where the trail splits - this second area is the usual meeting point. If you end up driving up a steep hill you've gone too far.
The Sydney Spring Fat Tyre Festival presented by JP Morgan and Kona is an exciting one day mountain bike race being held at Ourimbah State Forest approximately 100km north from the heart of the Sydney CBD.
Ourimbah has been well known for its cross country track and downhill courses for some time, and thanks to the efforts of the Central Coast Ourimbah MTB Club the trails are looking better than ever.
Tues Night Ride - Terrey Hills
Park opposite/beside Terrey Hills shops, corner Booralie Rd/Yulong Ave. Or in the small carpark next to the RFS station & community centre.
Training ride, medium pace
Duck Holes, Centre, Perimeter and Long.
Note: Starting at shops not the tavern.
Wednesday SOCIAL Night Ride - Terrey Hills
Terry Hills Tavern, eastern carpark, Aumuna Rd, Terrey Hills, NSW 2084
An easy social ride for those not resting before punishing their bodies with irritated medical personnel.
Just planning on a single lap from the Tavern to the end of long trail and back weather permitting.
Ourimbah Run
