Duck Hole/Terrey Hills Trail update for 25 Jul
Still pockets of of water about. Watch out for a particularly boggy patch on the descent - right hand corner is a mess on the inside.

3 Ring Circus
It was good today. Left home at 5am and arrived at 7:30am and got parking quite close. It didn't look good when passing the guy who crashed on the water bar and another rider was checking his pulse. I had a could of stops to remove the layers and have a feed. I was thinking about 3 hours and came in 03:01:36. It must have been the cold weather but I couldn't stop going to the toilet. Either that or old age as the water was going straight though me.

had a fair bit of rain today,was pouring rain when I left, with huge grey cloud hovering above area- if rain eases in next couple of days will be OK for weekend

Found - Front Wheel - Manly Dam 25/7
I picked up a front wheel that was left behind at Manly Dam today around 11:45.
Thought I should take it instead of the walkers who were looking at it.

Ourimbah State Forest update for 25 Jul
Damp conditions on trail on sat - track in good condition after recent light rains, bedded in well, slippery in some patches but mostly tacky allround.
Great riding as usual!
