Does anyone have a 16mm (5/8th) hex (allen) key I can borrow to remove the retaining nut off my stylo cranks?
Road Rash
Nice bit of road rash from an innocuous spill on a wet corner. Thought it was just about interesting/gruesome/painful enough to post, and I'm bored and just wanted to let you all know that I am still riding bikes, and looking forward to getting back out on a group ride some time soon and injuring myself in a more worthwhile fashion

Camera for MTB riders?
If you're looking for a go anywhere camera for when you're out on the trails, this sounds quiet promising:

Doesn't look like it has a built in lens cover, which is odd, and as Gizmodo put it:

The Rotor Made It!
Another maintenance update...
After the filthy ride on Sunday I had feared the worse for the brakes. Once the pads get worn down leaving metal on metal action not only are you up for a new set of pads, but most likely a new rotor too. Rotors chewed up by this kind of stuff get so pitted and rough that they then chew through the replacement pads in no time - keeping them is a false economy.

"The proposal to construct a mountain bike trail adjacent to the new fire trail at Golden
Jubilee Fields in Wahroonga was discussed, including the application for a NSW Dept of
Sport and Recreation Regional Sports Facility Grant for this project. Frank Freeman raised
a concern that if the trail is constructed, parking spaces will need to be incorporated into
the overall design."

DW100 Entry for Sale - SOLD
Unfortunately I've got to pull out of the Dirtworks 100. Will try again next year. As a result, I'm selling my entry for $105 to the first interested buyer to post a comment against this forum topic (no PMs or calls).
