Hey Guys,
I heading up to Byron Bay for a couple of weeks and am thinking of taking the bike as well. I've been doing a bit of reserach for some local rides and I'm quite keen to do the 40km trail which is part of the Freedom ride. Has anyone done this?? Is it easy enough to find your way around if the event is not on??

Edit: Do to time restrictions I am doing Duck + Centre then turning around and doing Centre + Duck

Interesting concept - crap advert
Not sure if it's technically a bike as there is no saddle or chain I can see, but puts a new spin on 'hike-a-bike' none the less.

Anyone else had this type of fitting done? I think the Specialized version is called Silicion Fitting and slightly different to their BG Fitting Process.

rode manly for 5 hours this afternoon and it was like one of those time lapse movies as small puddles would get smaller and smaller each lap.

Centre Track - South west
The fire trail behind the information sign at the intersection of McCarrs Ck Rd and top of the Akuna Bay road used to be marked on Google Earth as part of the Centre Track running up to Terry Hills. It has recently been cleared. Which sparked my curiousity, does it actually connect to the Terry Hills end? Is it ridable? If anyone knows the answers it would be appreciated. Thanks
