rockshox seatpost bleed?
I bought and installed the seat post a month ago, seemed to be working fine without a tweak for the first few rides but now it wont return up unless i pull it back up while holding the button in. Ive adjusted the return speed to max but that hasnt helped.
Bleeding Avid Elixir's
Well i am about to change my brake lines on my avid elixir cr/sl's, i am putting goodridge lines on it, only problem is i have been warned that the elixir's are very hard to bleed and been described to me as an art form??..i have had a massive amount of experience with bleeding shimano brakes very successfully over the years, but this has got me worried, any hints from anybody on what makes these so hard would be very much appreciated!

Glenbrook to the Helipad and back
The meeting times are 'ready to ride'. If you need time to prepare equipment then please arrive a few minutes earlier.
Glenbrook Park. In the small car park opposite the shops.
Glenbrook to the Helipad, return on the Oaks single track. Steven's(Pedalgogy) eyes lit up when I mention the Helipad tonight, so it's the Helipad and back next week.

Mitchells Pass Closure
Hi all, well Mitchells Pass is now closed to all, they have put wire fences up each end while stabilization repairs are carried out to the cliff line. I believe the road will be re opened at the end of the month to vehicular traffic.
Knapsack Reserve Night Ride

A loop or two around Knapsack Reserve. Chuck's guided tour of Knapsack Reserve guarantees we'll be lost and confused after the first few corners. But don't worry, I always find a way out eventually.

Sliping single speed
I decided to go the way of the single speed only to be met with more challenges than I first anticipated. It's a single speed how hard can it be to get a chain to go around a couple of sprockets? Really?
The first attempt, I bought a single speed conversion kit complete with a 16 tooth sproket, an unsprung tensioner and some spacers. As a result I ended up running a nine speed chain, 16 tooth sprocket and a very worn 32 tooth 9speed chain ring.The first attempt worked untill I started riding off road. The result was a chain that kept falling off.
