Glenrock State Conservation Area update for 22 Mar
Things were drying out most places yesterday but some of the clay based areas - Suess and Shaft particularly, still have problems.
Those areas are showing a lot of rutting and cupping of the trail, unfortunately caused by people riding when it was still wet and so are now still holding a lot of water and meaning the dry-out time will be longer.

With all this rain the trails are way too wet to ride, will need some good drying weather and no more rain!!

Without any real significant rain the trails were starting to dry out yesterday.

Was kind of holding out through the week with the patchy rain but now way too wet and getting soaked tothe stage where it will take some time to dry out.

Was holding out OK yesterday but more heavy rain overnight has left things pretty wet this morning.
The ground has been pretty dry and with good drying weather today should see conditions OK by this arv.

Glenrock and spiders
Hi all,
Just wondering what the night time spider population is like in Glenrock at the moment.
Normally I wait till the cooler months but the way the temp has been lately I think nights may be the way to go.

Fair amount of much needed rain this arv. means it will be too wet to ride in the morning but a day of good drying weather should see us good to go within a day or so.
