Duck Holes / Centre / Perimeter and Long trails Social / Easy Training Ride
Park opposite/beside Terrey Hills shops, corner Booralie Rd/Yulong Ave. Or in the small carpark next to the RFS station & community centre.
I'm turning 21 again (for the 20+somethingth time!) so I reckon that's a good excuse to stretch the legs.
This will be a social ride, and will suit those with some off-road riding experience, but perhaps not those still within their first half-dozen off-road rides.
So come and celebrate me getting older!
Pleasure & Pain MTB Enduro 2010
From the Pacific Highway at Bonville, head West down Gleniffer Road for about 3Km.
25/50/100km enduro up in Pine Creek. Awesome trails from what I remember, it's been too long.
Perfect for a mid-winter getaway

... even though this is run by CHMBC, not CHCC
Had this update from recently:
We... have built and added to our existing single track.
One lap is 25km and is now 90 % single track and Jason English said it was in the top 5 tracks he had ridden.
2010 Merida 24 Hour
See More details: http://www.tailwindpromotions.com.au/merida24hr/ but they say Spicers Hidden Vale is booked. For directions to there see http://www.spicershiddenvale.com.au/conference-v....
The 2010 Merida 24 Hour MTB Race promises to be the best on offer in Queensland. You will ride on arguably the best single track in South East Queensland.

Looks like this is your last chance to qualify for the worlds 24 solo. Bring on the Pain![1]
[1] Disclaimer - I don't like pain and won't be riding this solo
GTA Volunteer Maintenance Day - 19 June, 2010
Top of Baileys Paddock.
We have spoken to the NPWS and they are OK with us doing a bit more substantial work on 'the trail formerly known as BJ's'.
I'd like to think we can get as much interest as we did with ' the trail forerly known as SH's'.
We will meet at the top of Bailey's Paddock around 9.30 for a 10am start down at the trail.
NPWS ranger Tiffany will be attending and NPWS will supply snacks and drinks, you will have to bring your own lunch if you want it.
Everyone is welcome, new starters or old hands and bring your friends, there will be a lot of work to do.
CTMBC tuesday night social 1-6-10
From Lithgow head on the Western Highway toward Bathurst. After 10-11Km you will head uphill and see thick pine forest to the right. It's dual carriageway here, and there's a right turn across the other lane into Forest Ridge Drive (signposted and a sealed road). About 50m on the left there's a turning where you can park in the shade. There's also an old concrete section of the highway just past there with masses of parking.
Usual Tuesday night social ride.
Lidsdale State Forest
Come play in the mud, it's good for your complexion. or something..
HMBA XC Build Day - Awaba June 13
Just up Jenkins Road from corner with Mount Faulk Road.
The next build day for the XC trail is set down for the 13th June (The usual 'first sunday of the month' clashes with the VVC this month).
Meet at 7:30am at the main car park.
Work will continue on the alternate line at the top of camel back climb.
What to bring:
1. Your favourite trail building tool eg Mattock, shovel, mcleod
2. Sunscreen and a hat
3. Lots of water and food
4. Insect repellent
5. Sturdy footwear.
6. Your bike - the regular builders are always keen to lay down some laps after all the building is done.
Hope to see you there!
Wannaride's North vs South Series Race 1 - BHP Appin 400
North end of Burke St, Appin. There's a small parking area here at the trail head next to the scout hall.
Note that the map shows Market Street connecting Appin Rd to this location but that is actually a firetrail and will not work for drivers who should take King St (next block South) and enter from there.
Race 1 of Wannaride's North vs South Series. The beautiful cross country trails of Appin will be the venue for 400 minutes (6 hr 40 min) of pure MTB fun. Come on out Sunday, August 15, 2010 and join the Wannaride crew for it's fourth year of racing. The team from BHP Billiton - Illawarra Coal is our generous sponsor for the event and with their help we are excited to put on another first class event. Over $30,000 in fantastic prizes from our sponsors is up for grabs for everyone out there.
Terry Hills - Slow Social Night Ride
Note: This ride is leaving from Echunga Rd (near the Japanese School). It is a short ride with no asphalt section.
A slowish cruise. I'm getting used to some new pedals and have been lazy/busy lately.
If coming with <24 hr notice pls send me an SMS. Time/location/status could change with little notice (over the phone) if low numbers.
The Pinch Ride
Cascade Trail head. About 5Km West of Thredbo Village along The Alpine Way.
Mountains, here we come!
Re-enactment of the great Pinch Ride of 2004 (gallery). No GPS from that, but the route is a little bit like this found on MB here for future reference on Garmin Connect:
https://
Minus the leg from Thredbo (we'll start Cascade Trail head) and the bit this dude got lost in the middle - so maybe this will end up around 55Km all up.
Apparantly the last decent is a real workout for the brakes, be sure to have your bike in tip-top condition!
