Bugger!
Snakes !!!
After running over a beautiful brown snake yesterday on a firetrail in my neck of the woods (Campbeltown)and i was going too fast ( 30 odd k) nah read too scared, to look and see what it did after meeting Maxxis . I have noticed quite a few of these beautiful creatures and was wondering how many others have seen these guys around the tracks you ride this summer . Of all the snakes i have seen only one , a 2 metre plus black has reared up at me and just as quickly buggered off , it was bloody scarey and exhilarating at the same time ( just like me riding trails above my technical ability )
I know what you mean Gav
In theory I should be 85kg, doing sub 40 min laps around the dam and waking up next to a beautiful woman most mornings of the week.
Saddly, reality has only delivered me one of those, lucky its the right one

Update: cupcake has been merged into master.
OK, OK... I stopped reading there!
Anyone know what goes on here?
While updating maps just now I noticed this quarry looking place that haven't really paid any attention to before:
http://maps.google.com.au/?ie=UTF8&ll=-33.690478...
This is on the South side of Mona Vale road on the bend by the junction with McCarrs Creek Road. Many of us know that corner, there's a sign there which says, "Looking East over Garigal National Park". Perhaps it should say, "You think there's a National Park down there, but really it's a BFO Quarry!"
Loz in San Francisco
Managed to rent a bike in San Francisco to assist with touring the city and the Golden Gate bridge
$22 for a "standard" bike rental. I was going to take this option until I saw a 29er Gary Fisher!
@ $38 I thought nothing of it and enjoyed my day alot more
Here are some pics of me dicking around San Fran just glad to be back on 2 wheels again!
Hope you all had a Merry Christmas and a fantastic New Years!
Cheers,
Loz
spelling
Pedal is spelt as I've done here. The spelling peddle is not only incorrect, it refers to a different activity altogether. Therefore, when riding a bike, one is pedalling, not peddling.
My first website
Hey guys I've been building a website about my riding etc.
