Advice for a track newby..

Hey guys i'm going to try track out on Friday night at lidcome I have never raced or even riden a fixie much at all. I am borrowin an old one off a mate..

Does anyone have any advice? thanx

2009 NSW Interschools

I along with a few others are in the process of getting the NSW interschools up and running for 2009. More details will come later but at this stage i've been charged with the job of gathering a contact list of interested schools. So far i have a fairly long list of schools who have either competed at thredbo or Canberra or schools that have some sort of MTB programme but i would like to get more specific contact details for teachers or parents who are interested in entering a team in the future event.

Any work out there?

I have just finished my school certificate and don't go back untill February

Just wondering does anyone know of any jobs out there availiable. I need something to do.

Ah!! dez got a road bike

Gone to the dark side and picked up my first road bike on Monday
Eee gads the dedicated DH boy have I gone mad no!!!

Accommodation in Bundanoon Available

I have booked a room at Bundanoon Hotel for tonight and just found out that some of my mates are going down and camping, so i might go with them.

Well - given that a PC is essentially a Mac these days the point is mute.

And by that I mean when they are both running a decent O/S like Linux you can't tell the difference!

Pain in the Back...

Hi all,
the Back Injury is "back"!!!
Yesterday afternoon I picked something up and bang she's back. (disc extrusion at L5/S1)
Physio today confirmed my old Back problem, which I had last in August 2006 after the Ourimbah day.
more Physio tomorrow and Saturday and a lot of specific exercises there after.
MTB rides? Not for a few weeks..... I must be fit for my 3 rides I have planed in Germany beginning of October... on the N1!!!
