drove past this area and have been trying to maps google, CTMBC, GEarth it to see what's there.
and youtube vids just make even the newbie in me drool.
so, I think we'll go see what's there.
get a proper KML file, maybe for Garmin Connect, but hopefully have a go at the area SE of the HWay too.
if we don't get caught just doing multiple loops of the XC track 
no definite plans on a date as yet, but the list of things we have to do versus the list of tidy ups on places we've already been is getting managebale and always looking for new horizons.

next weekend ...
weather looks like it's better than today, which was truly ugh.
so far, next week looks better, so we'll be going.
sleep over Sat at Hazelbrook. Leave early Sunday morning.
try for a 9am meet, at the forest
the create entry system is messing up the start time
might try for Maccas at Lithgow for 7.45 for saus/egg and hotcakes, give em time to digest
zot by a weekend of rain
followed by, oh yes, it's Bathurst, might give that weekend a miss
next weekend I'm busy

If so, I'll be camping in Newnes so that's close enough. If you book far enough ahead that I can bring supplies, I can probably even cook pancakes and sausages over the fire at 7:45 rather than Maccas
