If nobody confirms i may not be there, depending how i feel to ride cascades or something else, but hopefully someone comes along. i dont ride fast mind you, but i like the technical bits. If you have another sugestion let me know.

Hey it's going to be tough for me to make it before 4pm, I could do 5pm somewhere.
If Rob can;'t make it and your keen Fer, I could give you a tour of Lane Cove National Park at say 5:30pm or something. You will like it. I avoid big hills and can show you can technical stuff. I love low level technical stuff, but I know where the harder stuff is if you like that.
Ring me if required (see profile) as I will not be near a PC tomorrow. My phone is often off as I am with clients, but will get back to you.
The traffic south from LC at say 7 or 7:30 pm pm (before dark) will be fine for you heading back to Waterloo.
