Awaba or Glenrock

I am heading up the coast this weekend and should be out either Saturday arvo or Sunday morning (hey maybe both which will solve my problem). If you had to choose, Awaba or Glenrock, which one is better.

Anyone interested in joining me that has a preference?

Cheers
Brian

Do both. Glenrock first and on the way back, Awaba.

Glenrock will keep you busy for a while and Awaba you'll get thru pretty quickly.

With the new stuff that has been added to Awaba - I would say awaba is definitely the go all singletrack with some new fun bits added in. Make sure you follow the red arrow and tackle the new climb !

I was tthinking of doing awaba on Sunday weather permitting.

As one of the other guys said you can do glenrock and awaba in one day - but make sure you do at least 2 laps of awaba to get the feel of the track - it is the most fun with a bit of speed !

I was planning on organising an Awaba and Glenrock mystery tour for Saturday or Monday- great to see that others are keen on these tracks also. I'll wait and see how much rain we get tomorrow and hopefully post something on Thursday.

Any preferences for Saturday or Monday? Times? Awaba first, then Glenrock (flowy warm-up before a cruisy explore)?

Glenrock is better than Awaba. But that comes down to personal preference. Smiling
