Looks like some stalling in the middle there! Need to hit that thing hard and fast!
There was. I have a tendency to use my rear brake a lot and it just locked up instantly. Getting restarted again was a challenge. With my dab straight after getting started again I just made contact with the bridge. If my foot was 10mm further out I was in the drink for sure.
I heard some people missed out on the wrist band if they put their foot down yet still continued to ride the rest of the way!

Although that bike is pretty sexy, perhaps it was that?
I think Brian was just building up the tension and adding a bit drama for the cameras.

Going via the video I think I crossed it in around 18 sec, Post it up I say
As for my wobbly head, thought it best to use that as my counter balance due to it being heavier than my petite buttocks
