It's my party and I'll ride if I want to

Well, I turn 21 again on Saturday and it looks like it might be dry most of the week leading up to it so I'm thinking of organising an easy training / newby friendly ride. The question is WHERE?

Thinking either:
Duckholes -> Centre -> Perimeter -> Long;
Cascades; or
A couple of laps around Manly Dam.

I'm still rebuilding a fitness foundation after a somewhat ordinary last 12 months, and had a chest cold last week, so my "training" pace is going to be pretty mild.

So what do you reckon - given the weather we've had, where should we go? Votes for locations other than above will be considered, but prefer to keep it in the Sydney area

Just as well i sorted out my brakes today! Pending on weather they should be scrubed in ready to go by saturday.

As far as venus go, im up for whatever. I wouldnt mind cascades but its not only my opinion

Last summer I came across a poor bugger on Manly Dam who had arrived that morning from the UK.

Of course he'd had the obligatory few drinks, bugger all sleep and his mates(?) had taken him straight to the Dam where it was probably 30 in the shade that day.

I caught up with his mates on the rock over looking the golf course and told them he was having a bit of a rest.

Being winter, it won't be as bad
