Judging by the tyres and pedals it looks like a commuter, but then why the lefty??

Anyone know if it's chain or belt drive? Would have to be belt to avoid ridiculous chainslap surely?

The brake under the chainstay would suggest commuter too.

Any ideas on weight savings if any?
