-469m Starting at Loftus oval a short out and back on firetrail to warm up, before hitting single track, from which maybe 30-40% of this ride is made.
Head South and loop round before coming back along only a small part of the outbound leg. Complete another loop on the Northern section before crossing Farnell Ave, after which there's a nice lookout to take one final break and enjoy.
Remember to save some energy for the climb out of temptation creek on the way back to the start and you're done.
